It's been a strange year and not every awards show during the pandemic has been a success, for every Emmys telecast there's a disastrous Golden Globes, so here's hoping the 93rd Academy Awards on Sunday prove that in a town where people can make world class movies, Hollywood can pull off a world class awards ceremony.

Good luck Netflix, maybe this year your fervent dreams of winning the Best Picture Oscar will finally come true.
