This January the prayers of fans of Starz American Gods adaptation have been answered with the arrival of a third season of drama.
Based on Neil Gaiman's 2001 novel, the TV series follows the war between Old Gods like Ian McShane's 'Mr. Wednesday' (the Norse All-Father 'Odin') and New Gods of Technology, Media and Globalisation.
Odin recruited Ricky Whittle's ex-con 'Shadow Moon' to be his driver, assistant and bodyguard to drive him around the country recruiting the aid of fellow Old Gods to make sure they didn't fade into irrelevance, but learning he's actually Odin's son he now just wants to be left alone.
These colourful season three billboards were spotted along Sunset Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard on January 8, 2021.
Fans of the Starz original series can also enjoy these previous season promo billboards for American Gods.
The series which is also filled with more mystical and magical characters from undead revenants to Jinns and leprechauns, has also been no stranger to controversy with stars like Orlando Jones popular 'Mr. Nancy', aka the trickster god 'Anansi', not returning for the third series.
Let's see if viewers keep the faith with this new season of ten all-new heavenly episodes.
