There were probably two things that Donald Trump was rage tweeting about yesterday and the early hours of this morning, one being the fact that The New York Times have obtained copies of his tax returns and the second being The Comey Rule which premiered last night on Showtime.
The two-night event series stars Jeff Daniels as FBI Director James Comey and Brendan Gleeson as the newly elected Donald Trump.
Based on the former FBI Director's memoir, A Higher Loyalty, and adapted for the small screen by Billy Ray, the political drama traces key moments and missteps of the 2016 presidential race and its aftermath during the first few months of Trump's presidency, including Comey's firing due to the Russia probe.
These confrontational series launch billboards were snapped along the Sunset Strip and La Brea Avenue from September 16 to September 27, 2020.
Brendan Gleeson may play a more menacing Trump in this series, but you can also check out these other impersonations including this Saturday Night Live billboard with Alec Baldwin and these billboards for The President Show with Anthony Atamanuik.
Maybe this will give Donald Trump a reason to hate James Comey as much as Hillary Clinton does for scuppering her chances with his last minute meddling into her emails which helped tip the scales in the last election.
Anyone else out there who's longing for this Black Mirror episode to end?
