Today we're showcasing an outdoor ad campaign with a heartwarming touch of humour and recognition to lift spirits of passersby and honour essential workers and frontline healthcare heroes during these uncertain times of this global health crisis.
These vibrant billboards feature an array of animated characters, actors and celebrities featured on Fox's broadcast television network thanking an array of everyday heroes and essential workers in their own unique way.
There's 'The Frog' from the third season of The Masked Singer thanking people for wearing a mask in public to protect themselves and others, there's Family Guy's white Labrador 'Brian Griffin' thanking all the vets and middle child of The Simpsons, 'Lisa', thanking local farmers for keeping fresh produce on our grocery shelves.
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey is thanking restaurants and their staff for helping to feed us with takeouts and stepping up to donate meals to medical workers at hospitals and restauranteur 'Bob Belcher' from the animated series, Bob's Burgers, is thankful for the essential delivery workers keeping pantries stocked and bringing products direct to your door.
The stars of 9-1-1, Peter Krause and Angela Bassett, are thanking L.A.'s local police department, whilst Rob Lowe from the spin-off series, 9-1-1: Lone Star, is showing appreciation for the local fire service first responders.
And finally Matt Czuchry and Emily VanCamp from The Resident hospital drama were thanking their real-life medical worker counterparts.
This colourful and uplifting collection of billboards were photographed on the walls of the Fox Studios Lot along L.A.'s Pico Boulevard on May 14, 2020.
For more COVID-19 inspired ad creatives, make sure also you check out these other coronavirus billboards around L.A. in recent weeks.
With around 100,000 deaths from this pandemic in the U.S. alone, don't let all this hard work and progress in treating the sick, saving lives and slowly the spread of this virus go to waste in the coming weeks and months.
Please wear a face-covering, keep social distancing, keep washing your hands, be kind and keep supporting your local businesses, communities and those in need.
Thanks for this heartfelt and inspiring billboard campaign.
