Directed by Clint Eastwood, the drama follows the Centennial Olympic Park bombing during the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, when the titular security guard (played by Paul Walter Hauser) found a bomb and altered authorities to evacuate, only to later be accused of placing it himself.
Identified as one of the many suspects by the FBI, he's unjustly vilified by journalists and the press until he is cleared of any wrongdoing.
These feature film billboards were snapped along the Sunset Strip, Lankershim Boulevard, Beverly Boulevard and Vine Street from November 21 to December 9, 2019.
Criticised for its depiction of a female journalist having sex with an FBI officer for confidential information, with no evidence this actually occurred, it's interesting that longtime conservative director chose this film project, which bashes the media and FBI, two of the biggest targets of the current U.S. president.
