The series which ran for three gritty seasons from 2004 to 2006 dusts itself off for a telemovie event set ten years after the end of the original episodes.
Set in 1889, the TV movie reunites the majority of the show's large ensemble cast including Timothy Olyphant, Ian McShane, Molly Parker, Paula Malcomson, John Hawkes, Gerald McRaney and more, as past and present residents of the town of Deadwood gather as South Dakota prepares to celebrate its entry into the Union as the 40th state.
Let's see how time has mellowed or hardened the townsfolk in the years we've been away, as old rivalries are reignited, alliances are put to the test and festering wounds reopened.
