This fall drama about family and friendship from D. J. Nash looks like it's hoping to steal the feel-good, tear-jerking, heartstrings-tugging crown from NBC's This Is Us and stars a cast of familiar faces that includes Grace Park, David Giuntoli, Stephanie Szostak, Ron Livingston, James Roday, Allison Miller, Romany Malco, Christina Moses and more.

The series follows a group of friends from Boston who met when they were trapped in an elevator together, all struggling with their careers and relationships when one of them commits suicide and we get to see the impact of his death on his friends and loved ones.
They say that friendship isn't just being there for each other, it's a million little things, so the teaser billboards for this series really emphasize that idea.

These eye-catching billboards were snapped along the Pico Boulevard, Lankershim Boulevard, Fairfax Avenue, Highland Avenue from August 23 to September 18, 2018.

Most importantly the giant-sized billboard towering over the busy Sunset Strip seems to change its definition of friendship every day, which is an amazing day and an incredible undertaking, and here's just a few examples.

These explanations are witty and even specific to L.A., like hiking Runyon Canyon in the early morning, and in more genius planning one dog-themed ad creative was located near a pet hotel and a bridesmaids dress billboard was posted above a bridal store (even if some of them do seem like first world comments).
Now if only Daily Billboard could stop calling this show A Million Reasons Why (shakes fist at the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why).

UPDATED: And the friendship quotes keep coming with this super-sized example snapped on September 21, 2018.

Plus this additional billboard with a very L.A. hipster problem photographed on September 22, 2018.

And here's a different 'ugly cry' ad creative snapped the next day in the same Sunset Strip location. This campaign could run forever, or at least for a million executions.

And here's another refreshed daily billboard snapped on September 24, 2018.

The next quote from the following day Daily Billboard wholeheartedly agrees with, your 'logical family' are the friends that you choose, rather than the biological family you're born into.

And finally the pièce de résistance, just in time for the show's premiere on Wednesday September 26, 2018.
