Created by Ava DuVernay and produced by Oprah Winfrey, the series based on the 2014 debut novel of Natalie Baszile continues to follow the extended 'Bordelon' clan as they continue to run their deceased father's resuscitated sugar plantation and the only African-American owned mill in the state of Louisiana.
These season three billboards, also asking for passersby Emmy consideration, were spotted along West Hollywood's busy Sunset Strip from May 26 to May 29, 2018.
Fans of the family drama starring onscreen siblings Rutina Wesley, Dawn Lyen-Gardner and Kofi Siriboe, can also enjoy these Queen Sugar season two billboards from last June.
With a new sugarcane season can they keep the family farm alive, protect the community, navigate publishing opportunities, survive police brutality and the truth about the parentage of their kids.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt season four TV billboards...
Hang onto your glasses of pinot noir positive people, the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is back on Netflix for an optimistic fourth season.
Ellie Kemper's 'Kimmy', 'Titus' (Tituss Burgess) and 'Jacqueline' (Jane Krakowski) are all back, this time exploring a variety of new business ventures, but there's something different about this season, it will be split in two halves, the first six episodes dropping in May and the rest later in the year.
This seems to be a trend at Netflix with Arrested Development's fifth season also split in two, sounding like a cunning plan to retain subscribers and not letting them binge entire seasons in one go.
These season four billboards for the comedy were snapped above L.A.'s 3rd Street at Edinburgh Avenue on May 16, and later above Sunset Boulevard and Westwood Boulevard on May 28, 2018.
Let's hope she does find her happy ending.

UPDATED: Here's also an Emmy consideration billboard from Netflix for the show's final episodes, spied above the Sunset Strip on May 7, 2019.

UPDATED: Plus here's an Emmy FYC billboard from Universal Television (who made the show for Netflix), spotted along Melrose Avenue on a gloomy June 20, 2019.

Cloak & Dagger series premiere TV billboards...
More comic book characters make the leap from printed page to small screen this month with the debut of Marvel's Cloak & Dagger on Freeform.
The darkforce teleporting and light dagger-wielding codependent duo were created by Bill Mantlo and Ed Hannigan and first appeared in the pages of Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-man #64 in 1982, which spawned subsequent limited series and guest appearances in other Marvel books.
Set in Louisiana this new moody teen drama explores their special symbiotic relationship in a different way than their comic book origins.
Aubrey Joseph plays 'Tyrone Johnson' who teleports cloaked in a dark smoke-like effect and Olivia Holt's 'Tandy Bowen' can create pure light daggers, which she can use offensively as weapons.
In the television adaptation their backgrounds are flipped, he comes from a wealthy family, whilst Tandy has always struggled to make ends meet, but they are connected by a mysterious childhood tragedy which gave them both superpowers. Together they find that they are stronger than when they are apart.
These series launch billboards for Cloak & Dagger were snapped along Pico Boulevard and Cahuenga Boulevard from May 17 to May 25, 2018.
If you like this latest Marvel teen hero offering, then you may also enjoy these Runaways billboards.

Here's hoping this grittier new take on the two beloved Marvel Comics characters lives up the sprit of the classic street heroes with a tragic past.
