In Deadpool 2 Ryan Reynolds returns as 'Wade Wilson', the fourth wall-breaking scarred mercenary, whose healing factor, arsenal of weapons and lack of filter make him deadly funny.
This time around his bringing some friends in the form of fan favourite mutant characters, the time-traveling soldier 'Cable' (played by Josh Brolin) and the kick-ass, probability-altering 'Domino' (Zazie Beetz).
Meanwhile also returning for the R-Rated action-comedy sequel will be the X-Men's strong man 'Colossus' (voiced by Stephan Kapicic) and Brianna Hildebrand's moody atomic teenager 'Negasonic Teenage Warhead', his sidekick 'Weasel' (T.J. Miller), the foul-mouthed 'Blind Al' (Leslie Uggams), his fiancé 'Vanessa' (Morena Baccarin) and 'Dopinder' (Karan Soni) the taxi cab driver.
Plus we'll also see other C-List characters from the X-Men universe like 'Shatterstar' (Lewis Tan), 'Zeitgeist' (Bill Skargård) and Terry Crews 'Bedlam' make their first big screen appearances to help form Deadpool's new X-Force squad.

These eye-catching Deadpool 2 billboards, they really did 'nail' the marketing campaign, were snapped along Melrose Avenue, Sunset Boulevard, Pico Boulevard and Olympic Boulevard on April 24 and April 25, 2018.

'The Second Coming' ad creative may be a tongue-in-cheek spoof of Jesus Christ, but it also reminds us of this Assassin's Creed movie billboard which also had religious overtones (and was also produced by the 20th Century Fox marketing team).

Making Deadpool R-Rated was a big risk that paid off with the first film, helping to differentiate it from the glut of other superhero movies, but will this sequel still feel fresh and original a second time around?

This 'Tiny Hands' faux designer fragrance billboard from 'Trolli' was spotted along Pico Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard on May 16, 2018.

It's actually for a partnership tie-in with Trolli for their Sour Brite Tiny Hands gummy candy inspired by a scene in the first movie where Deadpool had to cut his own hadn't off to escape handcuffs and his advanced regenerative abilities allowed him to grow it back at a slow pace.
Meanwhile the playful billboard with Wade on an inflatable swan in a swimming pool was spied along Pico Boulevard the same day.
