From Stranger Things billboards to GLOW billboards and Atomic Blonde movie billboards, the last twelve months has seen its fair share of neon-themed billboard installations around the city streets and skies.
On this occasion Netflix is promoting their new Voyeur documentary in this cool way, in which iconic journalist Gay Talese reports on Gerald Foos, a motel owner in Aurora, Colorado, who allegedly secretly spied on his guests for over two decades and pleasured himself while doing so.
This special motel vacancy-themed neon sign billboard installation was photographed above L.A.'s 3rd Street by day and night on December 2, 2017.
This cool outdoor ad certainly evokes the creepiness of the Bates Motel of Psycho fame, so let's see if it tempts those who like to watch, documentaries that is.
