In a genius bit of marketing they transformed all their usual studio billboards into Lego versions, built to replicate each show's sets and designs, and photographed for the outdoor ads along Olive Avenue in Burbank, California.

There's nothing like an explosive ad creative to help start the week with a bang, and the key art for FX's new X-Men TV project, Legion, is certainly psychedelically mind-bending stuff.

In the TV show Downtown Abbey's Dan Stevens plays 'David Haller', a person diagnosed with schizophrenia from a young age and who has been a patient at various psychiatric facilities since, until he realises there may be more to his multiple personalities than he thought.

The original comic book character first appeared in New Mutants #25 in the mid-eighties and was the son of 'Professor Charles Xavier', leader of the mutant X-Men, a super-team gifted with extraordinary abilities but feared and hated because of their remarkable differences.

Created by iconic X-Men writer Chris Claremont and artist Bill Sienkiewicz, 'Legion' manifested multiple independent personalities each with different mutant power specialities, like pyrokinesis, telepathy and telekinesis.

This year when it's more important than ever for LGBT and black voices to be heard and visible as equal parts of society, the beautiful movie Moonlight took home the Golden Globe for Best Picture.

Now the story written and directed by Barry Jenkins, about an African-American boy called 'Chiron' growing up in 1980s Miami with a drug addicted mother (played by Naomie Harris) has garnered an impressive eight Oscar nominations.

Three different actors played the main character through different stages of his life, Alex Hibbert, Ashton Sanders and Trevante Rhodes, each bringing complexity and vulnerability to the role as he finds comfort with a surrogate drug-dealing father figure (Mahershala Ali) as a child and struggles with his sexuality and a life of crime through his young life to adulthood.
