It can't be easy when you're a deep-discount retailer selling a multitude of low-cost goods to come up with an ad campaign which doesn't appear cheap, or just scream value, but these ad creatives are simple yet cleverly designed, showcasing a wide variety of products and work at key seasons of the year.
From gingerbread men and gift-wrapped present visuals to represent the holiday season, pineapple collages to communicate fresh groceries, turkeys for Thanksgiving and spiders and Jack O' Lantern pumpkins for Halloween, these billboards clearly communicate their seasonal offerings.
In addition to being bold and colourful, Daily Billboard also loves that these ads have a nice touch of humour to them, making the stores feel like a friendly destination.
The eye-catching Halloween-themed billboards were snapped along the Sunset Strip and Pico Boulevard mid-October, whilst the Thanksgiving version was spotted along Pico Boulevard on November 23.
Meanwhile the festive Christmas and Grocery List ad creatives were spied along Pico Boulevard, Ventura Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard from December 3 to December 12, 2016.
