First up is this patriotic ad creative for Kiefer Sutherland's new ABC series, Designated Survivor.
In the political conspiracy thriller, a low-level cabinet member finds himself elevated to U.S. President when everyone else in line for succession above him is killed in a catastrophic attack, leaving him with one of the most difficult presidencies in American history.
ABC is no stranger to POTUS-based dramas, as way back in 2005 Geena Davis starred in Commander in Chief as a Vice President suddenly forced to ascend to the position of the first female U.S. President.

This series launch billboard was snapped along Barham Boulevard on August 17, 2016, and fans of Kiefer Sutherland can also enjoy this 24: Live Another Day billboard from 2014 and this Touch 2012 TV series billboard.
Stay tuned the rest of the week for more brand new TV show billboards trying to turn heads in L.A.'s crowded skies.

UPDATED: Here's also another landscape billboard for the new series spied along Melrose Avenue at Highland Avenue on August 22, 2016.

UPDATED: Once or twice a year for the new TV season, ABC gets to have Disney's prime giant billboard site along the busy Sunset Strip to push one of its rookie shows.
As you can see, this year that honour goes to Designated Survivor and the patriotic ad creative with Kiefer Sutherland looks spectacular super-sized on September 3, 2016, especially as it's in time for the long Labor Day weekend holiday.
If you like this example, make sure you also check out this giant Of Kings and Prophets launch billboard from February 2016, this giant How to Get Away with Murder launch billboard from September 2014, this giant Rising Star launch billboard from June 2014 and this giant Charlie's Angels TV remake billboard from September 2011.
Let's wait and see if this super-sized support helps deliver some spectacular viewing figures this September.
