FILM WEEK: Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising billboards...

Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne are taking a leaf out of Marvel's Captain America: Civil War billboards for the ad creatives for their comedy sequel, Neighbors 2, as they face-off against the new threat of a Sorority Rising.

Interestingly 2001's Cats & Dogs also used a similar theatrical poster creative so this is an established movie marketing trope and works well for this comedic battle between parenthood and sisterhood.

Chloe Grace Moretz heads the unruly, party-hard sisters of Kappa Nu who move next door to Rogen and Byrne's 'Mac and Kelly Radner', threatening the sale of their house.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, and the married couple call on their former frat boy ex-neighbor and enemy, 'Teddy Sanders' (Zac Efron), to help them out with their 'Nu' neighbors.

These movie sequel billboards were first spied along Cahuenga Boulevard on April 17, then snapped later along Sunset Boulevard, whilst the giant-sized billboards were photographed towering over the busy Hollywood intersection of Highland and Franklin Avenues on May 1, 2016.

If you loved the first film, make sure you also check out these Neighbors movie billboards from April 2014.

Fans of Chloe Grace Moretz can also see the beautiful young actress in these Carrie movie remake billboards, Dark Shadows movie remake billboards and these Kick-Ass movie billboards.

Admirers of Zac Efron should also check the hunky actor out in these Dirty Grandpa movie billboards, this Charlie St. Cloud film billboard and these movie billboards for The Lucky One.

Noisy neighbors are the worst, but college girls just want to have fun, so let's see who wins this battle of wills.
