Just like their small screen Bonnie & Clyde remake from December 2013, Lifetime, A&E and the History channel are all placing their faith in the latest televisual adaptation of Leo Tolstoy's War & Peace literary masterpiece in a special three-network event.
Fortunately this retelling, which chronicles the rise and fall of aristocratic families in the waning days of imperial Russia against the backdrop of its wars with Napoleon and stars Paul Dano, Lily James and James Norton, has been adapted by the U.K.'s BBC, who know a thing or two about quality period dramas.
These arresting War & Peace billboards were spotted above West Hollywood's Sunset Plaza on November 23 and along San Vicente Boulevard at Wilshire Boulevard on November 9, 2015.
If you're a fan of Lily James, you can also check her out in these Cinderella live-action movie billboards from early last year.
Get ready for a Russian revolution of life, love and loss, plus a vast cast of characters, in this dramatic reinterpretation of Tolstoy's classic novel.
