He plays British newscaster 'Walter Blunt', who has moved to L.A. to host nightly cable talk show and candidly impart his worldly wisdom on his American audience.
Not only does he have to deal with interfering network bosses and inept newsroom staff, but he also comes with a lot of personal baggage, like several ex-wives and children.
But just as the downfall of NBC's Nightly News anchor Brian Williams proved, newsmen have their secrets and Walter Blunt is partial to the odd line of coke, a pint or ten, and sometimes getting into trouble with prostitutes (luckily he has an alcoholic manservant to help him out in times of trouble).
This paparazzi style ad creative helps set the tone for the new satirical series and this giant-sized billboard with an alarmed Patrick Stewart was snapped along the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood on August 2.
The standard landscape billboards for the series premiere were spotted in two other locations along Sunset Boulevard on August 5, 2015.

This season his sendup of a talk show and his ratings hungry team investigate an environmental threat to Los Angeles, and from the looks of this parched ad creative it may have something to do with the California drought.
