Kevin Bacon continues the trend of big movie star names headlining new TV shows with
Fox's new crime drama about serial killers,
The Following.
As the name suggests, a notorious serial killer
'Joe Carroll' (played by
James Purefoy) gathers a cult of like-minded psychopathic believers and is in turn hunted by
Kevin Bacon's former
FBI Special Agent 'Ryan Hardy'.
Can he a new crack team of
FBI investigators foil the brilliant and charismatic mastermind's plans before
Carroll and his sinister followers finish what the murderer started before he was imprisoned.
This series premiere billboard for the new psychological thriller was spied along
Fairfax Avenue at
6th Street on January 11, 2013.
